Finally! I don't quite know what this means, but I hope this means my art will recieve more publicity. I joined in hopes that it'd be better than art sites like Twitter and Deviantart, and I'm surely not disappointed. Much less chaotic here, more community engagement, perfect opprotunity to make some artist friends!

scouting means your art gets displayed in the art portal.
when browsing the art section,there are "approved artists" and "unscouted artists",whereas the approved ones are slightly more likely to have more views.
it might not mean much,but it should probably help a little
